okay, literally as I was doign some xbox game bar stuff to record the screen to retry it and prove that it still doesnt work for me for no known reaosn I did it.
dont ask me how or why.

still standing by my point that it's too tight.
not jsut the final one but also some of the timer before also were very tight.

Yeah, still zero clue how you did it.
Did the same, shooting straight up, waiting for a bit while at max height, slowly moving under it.

for me the thing was at 700 when the wall of death was at around 15 away.
in the video, he's already at 810 at that time.
zero clue why the wall moves down faster in his video/the shoots are slightly faster.
as I obviously got all the upgrades and such.
zero clue :-/

what kind of emulator does one need, liek an emulator for what console??

just came back cause the game was lsited under the new games.
holy nova, has this game advanced!

sadly my skills havent though and I am surely struggling a lot with thise floating chasing blocks and stuff :-)

you people are funny. As if I especially download  or use a certain embedded emulator.
like any human ever I use standard firefox browser and whatver it comes with.
I have zero clue what internal shit foirefox does or whatever.

Dont blame me for you not making your game suitable for even the most standard stuff.
Like, you rather expect me to download a very certain emulator that you may have specialized yourgame towards  isntead of the emulator that standard browser comes with?

you the programmerI dont have to care how some popular browser work internally, like which emulator, flash version etc they use.

thing is I have definitely seen games being playable in browser that have double jump via double tapping z or any other button.
actually all of them have this except like 3 or so games.

I have zero clue about why this here should be special nor do I really care.

same here, also at the stop sign at the crossroad in the purple part.
climbing up is hell.
and bottom right is also hell, sicne it requires jumps and such so specific that I dont have the motoric skills for it.

nice game, jsut a bit short. obviously could use some end flag or at least put borders or something to stoop me from jsut running to the right endlessly before fading into the black void (where falling down into the void doesnt even kill you)

and obviously the reset button makes it jsut a matter of grinding and very little skill.

went quiet well until the fatties appeared.
they jsut had too much health and overwhelmed me completely :-(

well figured it out.
you first do a normal jump with z then in mid air, you dont press z again  or such (how would that ever make sense?)
but have to press up and shift at the same time for the air jump.

nice 3 buttom combo needed to do a double jump.
not to forget the stuff to move left or right during the jump.

and you cant tell me, the evil mystery emulator also decided to make the second jump a 2 button thing  which both are unassociated with the normal jump button.
thats a developer choice. and not a good one

cant say I magae to get there either.
Maybe I'll just wait for playthroughs and see how peopel reach that ridiculous number :-)

well I am using this "firefox browser" thing that's all the rage nowadays :-)

telling us the controls would be nice.
as I cant find the "select" button on my keyboard.
and therefor cant use the double jump I just found :-/

well yeah, I obviously shoot the wall up to max height beforehand but still. only get to like 1212 before getting crushed.
instead of the 1320 I need.

hm one think worth still trying might be shooting upp diagonally, as more shoots are in the air at a time

nice game even though the timers are abit too tight.
made it to the final door somehow but getting those 1320 points seems impossible. even though I have all upgrades so far :/

I love these kinds of games with a very silly concept yet addicting gameplay :-)

I am pretty sure I played this before, be it some kind of demo or something, jsut with way simpler graphics and such

well, got stuck in wall anyways :-)
cause like in on room the exit was at bottom right, pretty high ceiling there, so i exited jumping.
and the next room had very narrow entrance in the bottom left, so my previous position near the high ceiling was now in the wall above the narrow path in the next room.
maybe jsut set fixed spawn points for each room nd cancel any previous jumps for previous rooms :-)

played until the code part which I couldnt solve cause I dont know french :-(

and yeah, especially in sky area, there is like 10 screens between checkpoints, so ..
better gid gud scrub! ;-)

there is a map in the game?
well, totally beat it without using it.
sicne I jsut saw the update ote after i already beat it.
nice gam, liked it, totally expected the ancient guy to backstab me though

and still hasn't been fixed :-/

okay, figured it out.
1. I'm too impatient, tgame however might also be running slower on my old (2015) notebook than it should be.
and 2. after finally having a character to control, I have like 0.5-1 second input lag.

so yeah, likely my bad computer jsut sucking :-)

anyone got some help for me?

cause honestly , for me, the game takes EONS to get from the super super slow lighting up of the screen,e tc. till it gets to the main menu.
then, it goes to the start room with the flickering computer.
no wasd or arow keys do anything, not sure if in cutscene or not.
after watching that computer flicker for wy too long, without anything happening and zero response to keyboard inputs.
I close the game.

I'm likely not getting it but how do you play this?

screenshots look really promising but Ijsut aint getting thigns to even start, to even get to a point where i can control any character or something :-/

yep, i hadn't gotten the dash or swim ability yet, so talked to the frog (if I stand in the water or on its right side on land doesnt matter)
his dialogue appears, i x click it away, window closes.
and nothing happens, no input is registered.

as said, next thing would be the "you got swim ability" window, which doesnt happen sicne i dont have the swim ability. so I am jsut standing there and no input works (idle animations of water and such still playfine).

so yeah, likely some infinite loop thing or some repeated "you got the dash?" check that fails over and over again.

not blaming you, jsut mentioning it so you can pin down about what or where in the code the error is triggered.
basically is when the "dash ability gotten yet?" check is done and fails since I dont have it yet.

basically the "No" case leads to some infinite loopor something. it basically never advances in dialogue.

okay, problem definitely happens cause previously I always talked to him before I had the dash ability. it likel got stuck right before the "got the swim ability" popup would happen.

You miscalculated that one can float in water so there's nothing stopping me from jsut floating over to the frogs side.

better fix that as it game breaking (also since the game doesnt seem to save anything that would survive closing the game)

well f ck the frog at the pond. when i talk to click, i suddenly can nop longer move. I can close his dialogue as usual but cant move anymore afterwards >:-(

f ck that frog, I'll never talk to him again >:-(

no, just suddenly black. happened in 2 completely unrelated places so it likely isnt related to special occasion

hm, for the second time, game screen suddel goes black out of nowhere.
no idea how it happens. game sadly doesnt save beyond site reloads, so progress is lost each time :-/

for me those work.
for walljump:
basially dont press any directional direction.
once you are in the air next to the wall, touching it, basically just spam x.
no real other way to use it.

for teleport, basically i pressed s, went elsewher e(on another screen) and pressed d , getting teleported back to the previous spot.
(or whatever the keys were, for me it worked)

no problem, love these super simple pixel games.

like literally a platformer like this made of pixel blocks and such that you jump on.

I dont need much to be happy,
but most games nowadays are so super complex and high end 3d open world whatever.

I am way too happier about super simple games. Miss the old days when scrip kiddies didnt manage to abolish flash.

fgames like yours are imple and fun, miss those kinds of games :-)

yeah, replayed it on there.
sadly flashpoint doesnt have savestates, which would make it perfect, so I'd have to replay the whole game for the other 2 endings.
tried the "kill 10 creatures" ending

ah nevermind, just started replaying, now I remember the thing about killing 10 creatures. already got that ending too back in the days

now I'm really gonna search for a flash emulator and hopefully find an endeavor swf(?) file so i can replay it
